Halloween Gardening

ImageWe attend the children’s gardening group in the Botanic Gardens every Tuesday.  It’s really great fun and Beth gets so much from it.  This Tuesday the theme was, of course, Halloween. We carved pumpkins, peeled apples, and used our broomsticks to fly around the green space.

ImageI quickly cast on this pumpkin hat for Arthur and managed to finish it last night.  I left out the leaves but I’m sure he wont mind. Image

We are going to a Halloween party in The Kelvinside Meadow this afternoon and then tonight Graham and I plan to watch some scary movies.

And tomorrow?  I’m making pumpkin soup! 🙂

 Happy Halloween!
